Bircher Muesli aka Overnight Oats
This is a great way to start the day, add your favourite fruits and nuts for a filling breakfast or a healthy snack. Prepared the night before, you can grab and go!

Ingredients
50g oats (any)
120ml milk (any)
60ml yoghurt (any)
50-100g any fruit, seeds, nuts, dried fruit (grated apple goes well with raisins)
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, or other spice (optional)
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Method
Combine the oats, milk, yoghurt together and mix
Add a combination of any fruit, seeds, nuts etc that you enjoy
Store in the fridge and enjoy for breakfast or healthy snack
