Banana Super Smoothie
Never bin bananas when they get too brown. Why would you when you can peel them, chop and store in freezer bags for smoothies? Works brilliantly with leftover berries and fruit too.

Ingredients
1 banana – frozen or fresh
1 heaped teaspoon of dark cocoa powder
half pint of milk – (cows, oat, almond – whatever you like)
pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon of rolled oats
Method
Put all your ingredients into a blender – and blitz until smooth. If your bananas aren’t frozen, just add a few ice cubes if you like it cold. You can also add extra milk or water as needed to make your smoothie the consistency you like.
If you’ve got lots of frozen berries to use up – blitz these with 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt, 1/4 pint of milk and a dash of honey. Yum!
