Ginger Biscuits
Delicious spicy ginger biscuits, why buy them when you can make them better yourself?
Makes about 25 biscuits
Ingredients
110 grams butter
110 grams caster sugar
110 grams golden syrup
225 grams self raising flour
2 teaspoons ground ginger
Method
Heat the oven to 180 celsius. Melt the butter, sugar, golden syrup in a pan on a medium heat.
Let the mix cool slightly then add the ginger and flour and fold together using a spatula to to form a dough.
With floured hands roll the dough into 50p size balls and place individually on baking paper tray and press down the top with a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Once cooked let them cool down and store in a airtight container.
